Aug 2 - Merle Taylor - Project Amigo

Merle gave us an overview of recent efforts of the Project Amigo of Canada Society to assist youth and communities in the Colima area in Mexico through education and social assistance volunteer projects. The society provides reasonably priced "all inclusive" tours for Rotarians and other volunteers to enjoy a "cultural experience" and engage in hands-on projects to improve local living conditions.
